Depositor Comments

The 5.6-kb DNA fragment was excised from Axin2-Luciferase using KpnI and HindIII (the HindIII site was filled in with Klenow DNA polymerase) and cloned into the KpnI- and SmaI-digested pd2EGFP-1 vector.
