These gel depict the NEB 1kb ladder and digestions of two plasmid stocks with the following enzyme(s): NcoI and SacI.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: single digests--6.1kb (linearization); double digest--1.6kb and 4.5kb. We see the expected pattern.
