This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: BglII and EcoRV+NotI
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 5.2kb + 3.6kb for BglII and 6.6kb + 2.4kb for EcoRV/NotI. We see the expected pattern.
