A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byA cDNA clone encoding for human OGDHL (NM_018245) was purchased from Origene Technologies, Inc. This clone harbors two rare variants (L511 and N573) and were changed back to WT amino acid P511 and D573 as per NCBI reference sequence.
