This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: AgeI+EcoRI double digest. We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 6.1kb, 2.7kb. 1.4kb and 0.3kb. We see the expected pattern.
