This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): XmaI, PvuII, and BamHI.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: XmaI (.6, .8, and 3.3kb), PvuII (.7, 1.6, 2.5 kb) and BamHI (1.9 & 2.9 kb). We see the expected pattern.

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme: EcoRI.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 4.8kb. We see the expected pattern.
Addgene Diagnostic Digest- EcoRV, ApaI
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pgk-ATG-frt with the following enzymes: EcoRV-HF and ApaI.
EcoRV does not cut this plasmid. We observed the expected result with ApaI of ~ 4819 bp
