Mouse Lipid and Sphingolipid Metabolism Knockout Libraries
(Pooled Library #206248, #206249)
-
Purpose
The Mouse Lipid Metabolism Library contains guide RNAs against 295 mouse genes encoding enzymes that directly impact lipid metabolism. The Mouse Sphingolipid Metabolism Library targets 59 mouse genes in the de novo ceramide and downstream sphingolipid metabolism pathways. 40 targets from the Lipid Metabolism Library are also targeted in the Sphingolipid Metabolism Library. Both of these libraries can be used to find lipid metabolic vulnerabilities in mouse cells.
