pLC025 - pL0_StopCodon (CT)
(Plasmid
#203905)
-
PurposeMoClo compatible L0 plasmid containing a stop codon. To allow for proper fusion with CDS1ns L0 plasmids, this plasmid adds an additional glycine and serine to the C-terminal end of a CDS and then adds a stop codon to terminate translation.
