Depositor Comments
All NICD plasmids were cloned into the p3XFLAG-CMV-7(TM) expression vector (Sigma). NICD1 was cloned into XbaI/BamHI sites. NICD1 (Val-1744 to Lys-2531 of full-length mouse N1) was amplified using primers 5XbaN1 (5'-GCCTCTAGAGTGCTGCTGTCCCGCAAGCGC-3') and 3BamN1 (5'-CGGGATCCTTATTTAAATGCCTCTGGAATGTGGG-3').
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
