We used SARS-CoV-2 signature & transcription factor genes to design reporters that model infection response in epithelial cells (Blanko-Melo et al.,2020; Wyler et al.,2020; Lamers et al.,2020). 5' cloning site: BamHI (unknown if destroyed), 3' cloning site: HpaI (unknown if destroyed).
