This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pPM28 (eroGFP CEN/ARS URA3) with the following enzymes: PvuII-HF, ScaI-HF, and EcoRI-HF.
We expect the following: PvuII-HF: 2 bands 4.4 and 2.2 kb; ScaI: 2 bands 4.9 and 1.7 kb; and EcoRI-HF: 1 band 6.6 kb
We see the expected pattern assuming incomplete digestion of EcoRI.
