Addgene Diagnostic Test
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 19966 with the following enzymes: KpnI-HF and XbaI.
We expect KpnI to give 2 bands of ~6.2kb and 1.4kb (KpnI sites found flanking D2). XbaI is methylation sensitive and is not expected to cut if DNA is isolated from Dam+ strain.
