Depositor Comments
Please note that the 436 amino acid Skp2 insert in this plasmid does not exactly match GenBank reference sequences for Skp2. The Skp2 insert was PCR amplified from a HeLa cell library and appears to be a combination of the first 12 amino acids of reference sequence AAC50242.1 (containing a H2D mutation due to the primer used for cloning) followed by amino acids 1-424 of NP_005974.2, with a F343I mutation (numbering according to 436aa Skp2).
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
