Depositor Comments

ACTB-(A)4x was a gift from Amy Palmer (Addgene plasmid # 112058). 1/2-NORAD-(A)4x was constructed using standard cloning procedures from pRP877. pRP877 was a gift from Roy Parker. NORAD-Riboglow truncations were built by replacing the ACTB sequence in plasmid ACTB-(A)4x with the corresponding NORAD truncation sequence from pRP877 by Life Scientists' Service Center, LifeSct LLC.
