This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid N-Myc-53BP1 WT pLPC-Puro with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and BamHI-HF + XhoI double digest. The expected pattern of bands was observed and confirmed the presence of a BamHI site within the TP53BP1 insert in this plasmid.
