Depositor Comments

The missing codon is due to a reverse primer with a stop codon at 1474 of TRF2 gene: GAATTC TTA CTTCTGCTTTTTTGTTATATTGGTTGT. It generates a 50aa in frame deletion from c-terminal tail.
