Depositor Comments

Cloning was performed using pSpCas9(BB)-2A-GFP plasmid (Addgene, 48138, RRID:Addgene_48138), modified to express eCas9 instead of WT-Cas9 and dTomato instead of GFP (Esk et al., 2020), using the Bbs1 cloning strategy of Ran et al. (Ran et al., 2013).24 plasmid (Addgene, 48138, RRID:Addgene_48138), modified to express eCas9 instead of WT-25 Cas9 and dTomato instead of GFP (Esk et al., 2020), using the Bbs1 cloning strategy of Ran26 et al. (Ran et al., 2013)
