Depositor Comments

When using ∆G rabies virus of the CVS-N2c strain, rather than the SAD B19 strain, AAV1 made using this plasmid should be used instead of 100799-AAV1, as part of the two-helper-virus combination described (for SAD B19) in PMID 28847002, 31408693, and 32116642. The virus should be diluted to the same concentration as described for 100799-AAV1 and otherwise used as recommended in those publications.
