For baculoviral expression of dRING1F with C-terminal flag epitope. 300bp of C-terminus of pFB-dRING1 was amplified with SacI--FLAG-KpnI primers and cloned into dRING1 with SacI--KpnI to produce dRING1 with C-terminal FLAG epitope (kingston #1325)
