This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pLenti X1 GFP-Zeo DEST (720-2) with the following enzymes: AgeI & KpnI double digest and HpaI and NdeI single digests. The expected digest pattern was observed.

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: HpaI+NarI double digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 8.2kb and 1.4kb. Instead we see 8.2kb and 2.2kb, consistent with the report that there is an insertion in our stock.
