This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: BamHI, HindIII and BamHI+HindIII double digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 6.4kb; 6.4kb; 1.7kb and 4.7kb. We see the expected pattern.
