Depositor Comments

This plasmid is a holding vector containing contiguous regions of the human L1 (L1.3) 5’UTR and ORF1 and used to facilitate subcloning of ORF1 mutants into the full-length L1 reporter pRTC2-puro. Note that this plasmid was described but not named in the Supporting Information in Cook, Jones, and Furano, 2015, 10.1073/pnas.1416869112, PMID: 25831499.
