Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid HiFi dFE with the following enzyme: EcoRV-HF.
Expected bands:
EcoRV-HF If correct plasmid, 2 bands at 6616 bp and 4683 bp. If incorrect plasmid, 1 band at 3878 kb.
Results:
We observed the expected bands for this digest.
