This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: PciI+AgeI and PciI+NdeI
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 7.4kb for PciI+AgeI double digest and 4.8kb + 2.6kb for PciI+NdeI double digest. We see the expected pattern.
Digest of 18917 with PvuII, Sma1, and SnaB1
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
AAV-FLEX-rev-ChR2-tdtomato with the following enzymes: SmaI,
PvuII-HF and SnaBI single digests
We expected and saw the following band sizes for this digest:
(1) SmaI - 4.4kb, 2.6kb and 0.4kb
(2) PvuII - 4.9kb and 2.5kb
(3) SnaBI - 4.3kb, 2.8kb and 0.2kb
Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 18917.
Expected results:
XmaI: 4379 bp, 2575 bp, 396 bp, 11 bp
PvuII-HF: 4859 bp, 2513 bp
FspI: 3537 bp, 1937 bp, 1172 bp, 726 bp
These results show the expected band sizes.

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Ladder and a digestion of the plasmid AAV-FLEX-rev-ChR2-tdtomato with the following enzymes: EagI-HF, NotI-HF, ScaI-HF
Expected bands:
EagI-HF: Two bands: 5609 bp and 1763 bp
NotI-HF/ScaI-HF: Two bands: 5389 bp and 1983 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for these digests.
