  • Purpose

    The purpose of this library is to generate human-derived phosphopeptides in E. coli using the phosphoserine orthogonal translation system for use as a phosphoproteomics resource. This library is a new generation of the human phosphoserine library published by Barber and Rinehart in Nature Biotechnology in 2018.
