This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pDae029 (eMutaT7[TadA-8e]) with the following enzymes: MluI-HF
Expected bands:
MluI-HF: If correct plasmid- 8.5kb band, if incorrect- 3.8kb and 4.6kb bands.
Results:
We observed the expected band for this digest.
