This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): EcoRI and ApaI (separate digests).
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 5.8kb for EcoRI; 5kb and .8kb for ApaI. We see the expected pattern.
