This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): EcoRI and BamHI (separate digests).
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: EcoRI-->7.8kb; BamHI-->6.7kb and 1.1kb. We see the expected pattern.
