Depositor Comments

This plasmid can be used to integrate a landing pad for the recombinase into the genome. Then, a donor with a matching attachment site can be recombined into the landing pad. The attB Is downstream the pEF1a promoter, such that the donor can trap the promoter, which will also knockout expression of the recombinase and GFP.
