Depositor Comments
The iCre in this plasmid has an extra Valine upstream of the SV40 nuclear localization signal that does not affect the function (similar to Addgene plasmids #113837 and #113849).
The vector backbone is a modified Invitrogen's pcDNA3. The NeoR cassette was partially truncated during cloning.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
