This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Extended Ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pCMV-MMLVgag-3xNES-ABE8e with the following enzymes: DraIII-HF, EcoRV-HF
Expected bands:
DraIII-HF: 6.7 + 4.6 kb (checking for signs of cross-contamination with a supercoiled ~4.8kb plasmid)
EcoRV-HF: 11.4 (checking for signs of cross-contamination with a single cut ~4.8kb plasmid)
Results:
We observed the expected bands for these digests.
