This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: EcoRI and HindIII
The following band sizes are seen for this digest: 7kb, 6kb and 1.8kb for EcoRI; 10kb, 3.5kb and 1.2kb for HindIII.
This band pattern does not match depositor's sequence, however it is correct. The discrepancies are due to the fact that the backbone was never fully sequence verified.
