Resource Information

  • Supplemental Documents
  • A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made by
plasmid pSL1 was built by replacing the RFP dropout in pBTK402 (Addgene plasmid # 110598) with the E1010 Red Chromprotein gene from part BBa_E1010 from the iGem registry. plasmid pSL1-GFP replaces E1010 with the GFP from pBTK520 (Addgene plasmid # 110604).

Depositor Comments

Please note: Plasmid contains a 394bp discrepancy downstream of GFP at the BBa_B0015 Terminator compared to the depositor's provided sequence. This discrepancy is not known to affect plasmid function.
