Here donor for DExogron Rab11b knock in. DExogron = DExCon (Doxycycline-mediated endogenous gene Expression Control) combined with auxin-mediated targeted protein degradation. Lentiviral delivery of AtAFBP2 and TetOn 3G is also required for this to work.
