Depositor Comments

revTetR is expressed from a strong mycobacterial promoter (psmyc = puv15). Also see Pubmed ID 18059281.

Derivative of pMS2 with tetR r1.7 expressed by Psmyc. pMS2 is a shuttle vector containing origins of replication for E. coli (pMB1) and mycobacteria (pAL500) and a multiple cloning site flanked by two transcriptional terminators.
