Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid Flag-SIRT1 with the following enzymes: HindIII, Xbal, and HindIII/ Xbal double digest.
An XbaI digest should yield a single band of 5 kb. From a HindIII digest of FLAG-SIRT1, we expect the following band sizes: 3.6 kb and 1.6 kb. From a HindIII/XbaI digest we expect to see the following band sizes: 745 bp, 1.6 kb, and 2.9 kb. We see the expected pattern.
