This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 17709 with the following enzymes: KpnI-HF and NotI-HF.
We expect the linearized plasmid to be ~10kb and the double digest to give 2 bands of ~ 3.9 and 6kb. We see the expected pattern.
