Addgene's diagnostic digest
This gel image depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
CBFRE-EGFP with the following enzymes: PvuI, FspI, and a SmaI/XbaI double digest. The SmaI/XbaI double digest agrees with the depositor's comment that "a SmaI+XbaI double digest should yield 3.6kb and approx. 1.2kb bands". PvuI and FspI appear to cut the plasmid twice.
