Depositor Comments
CBFRE: four CBF1-binding elements from EBV (see Hsieh MCB 1996, 16:952) and the basal simian virus 40 (SV40) promoter upstream of EGFP. The sequence of the CBF1 binding element is GATCTGGAGTAACACGCCGTGGGAAAAAATTTATG. The binding site within this sequence is GTGGGAA.
A SmaI+XbaI double digest should yield 3.6kb and approx. 1.2kb bands. See Reviews link in right-hand column to view Addgene's diagnostic digest of this plasmid.
