Depositor Comments
This plasmid is aimed to be introduced in the RPS1 locus of Candida albicans after StuI or NcoI digestion. It is derived from the plasmid CIp10 (Murad, A. M., Lee, P. R., Broadbent, I. D., Barelle, C. J. & Brown, A. J. CIp10, an efficient and convenient integrating vector for Candida albicans. Yeast 16, 325–327 (2000)), in which the URA3 marker was replaced by the selectable SAT1 dominant marker
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
