Addgene diagnostic digest for 17423
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pENTR4-FLAG (w210-2) with the following enzymes: NheI and Not I-HF single and double digest.
While the NheI digest did not appear to go to completion, the linearized plasmid ran at the expected size.
