Depositor Comments

The ORF of human HMGA2 was amplified using HMGA2F (5’-TAAGGATCCATGAGCGCACGCGGTGAG-3’) and HMGA2R (5’- GCGGAATTCCTAATCCTCCTCTGCGGACTCTTG-3’). The product was cut with BamHI and EcoRI and cloned into pBabe.Zeo.
