Depositor Comments
Full-length Rat2 FEZ1 sequences, 1179 bp, was amplified using cDNA from the wild-type Rat2 fibroblasts or the mutant R3-2 line as templates. The sequences of the PCR primers for generation of C-terminal myc-His-tagged FEZ1 were as follows: forward primer, FEZ1-S1-BamHI, 5'-GCTGATGGATCCACCATGGAGGCTC CACTGGTGAGT3'; reverse primer, FEZ1-A3-XhoI, 5'-GCAACGCTCGAGCAGGTTGGACAGAGCACTTTTAAA-3'.
