Depositor Comments

Plasmid pNCA contains an infectious copy of MMLV proviral DNA; pNCS is a version of pNCA that carries an SV40 replication origin in the vector to allow high-level expression in 293T cells.

Sizes of insert/vector may be off depending on where the SV40 origin was inserted.
