Depositor Comments

pFLAG-4EHP-mISG15 expresses a FLAG tagged human 4EHP-mISG15(LRLRGG) fusion protein. STOP codon of 4EHP was removed by PCR. BamHI-mISG15-XbaI, which was made by PCR, was ligated to pFLAG-4EHP(stopless)/BamHI/XbaI sites.
