Depositor Comments

Description: a fragment of putative zebrafish Sp5l promoter - 1203bp upstream of the 1st Exon (as defined by the 27i2 clone found in the microarray screen) - plus 51bp of 5'UTR from Exon1 cloned upstream of firefly luciferase in the pGL3 Basic promoter. For testing whether this fragment is Wnt responsive. Amplified from KWT genomic DNA using oligos 328 & 329, cloned XhoI / HindIII in pGL3-Basic (from Ajamete). Sequenced using 328 & 329 (ergo junctions not sequenced); 2 SNPs to Ensembl sequence.
