A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byBE4 was a gift from David Liu (Addgene plasmid # 100802 ; http://n2t.net/addgene:100802 ; RRID:Addgene_100802). The in-vitro transcription backbone was published by Torres-Padilla et al., 2007.

Depositor Comments
Please note that the Addgene verified sequence differs from the depositor reference sequence. These differences do not affect plasmid function. Compared the .gb file linked above, the Addgene sequence shows there are deletions in the MCS/Ruby (229-239 bp), poly C 3'UTR region (5952-5956 bp), and backbone.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
