Depositor Comments
This is extensively engineered vector. Originally, HGP (heat shock promoter-GFP-T2A-promoter) was added into pAW vector by Gibson cloning, resulting in pAW-HGP vector. And then, the cloning part including N-term Signal peptide / FLAG peptide and C-term TEV site/Avi-tag/His-tag) was introduced into pAW-HGP vector, resulting in pAW-HGP-v2. Finally, the Actin promoter was replaced with pMT promoter, resulting in final vector pMT-HGP-v3.
