Mutation in Flag-tagged AR Ser-Pro phosphorylation site, and the exact amino acid residue position and composition may slightly vary based on human AR versions. Two XmaI sites on the vector backbone and one EcoRI site at the 3'UTR of AR cDNA were deleted by DNA mutagenesis.
