Zebrafish sp5-like (sp5l) cDNA (likely full-length) in pSPORT1.
Clone 27i2 from the microarray screen 1st round (Matthew clark normalized late somitogenesis / 24 hpf / liver library). Expressed strongly in broad marginal region during gastrulation. Everywhere except head at bud, then rapidly declines to stay in tailbud and lateral mesoderm (or edge of neural plate).
